Order entry questions?
There are several ways to place an order. From this website just click on SUBMIT AN ORDER in the right column and it will take you to our online ordering, which will email the order directly to our ordering desk and send you an email confirmation.
This form is designed to resemble our paper ordering form, so if you have used one of those it should be easy to figure out.
By Telephone (for exchange orders)
When placing replacement orders we recommend phoning so that we can make sure the order is taken care of as quickly as possible. For the best possible service we recommend phoning between the hours of 10-6 eastern time.
​Confirmations
​We send you a confirmation report that includes your upcoming orders. This is sent by email or fax. When you get it, check it over to make sure your wedding parties are complete as this indicates every order we have for you in a certain time period. There is usually a 24 to 48 hour delay from receiving an order until it is input, so very recent orders may not show up.
If you find you are missing an order, call the head office and alert us. In most cases we will ask you to resubmit the order.
Shipping orders back
​Once the event is over, schedule a pickup using the UPS system (see the section on pickups for more information). Please get all your returns back monday and box them up for the driver. If your store is closed monday, then you should scedule the pickup on wednesday.
Individual Orders
See the Collins Price list for individual prices. Please note that shipping charges apply on any orders under $100. Exact shipping cost depends on your location, so if you are unsure what shipping costs apply to your account, please contact head office.
Individual items for a wedding party will be exempt for a wedding party if the total of all the rentals are over $100
